Qing Xin/January 2018, La La Shan, Taoyuan, Taiwan (Elevation: 1,500m)
Green bean, cotton candy, butter, strawberry, umami, bamboo
This is one of the rarest oolong teas you would find. It’s called snow oolong since the leaves were picked in January after getting snowed in December. Due to its extreme terroir, the leaves grow very slowly and releases very smooth and long-lasting flavors with almost no astringency.
For the best flavor, please protect the tea from direct sunlight and keep the packaging sealed after use.
