Milk, vanilla, butter, floral
Many tea friends had asked us about Jin Xuan whenever we visited Taiwan to source teas. Unfortunately, a lot of Jin Xuan we tried did not meet our criteria. But, we finally found this premium Jin Xuan from a farm located in an optimal environment for the best Jin Xuan. Hands down, this is the top 1% of Jin Xuan! (This tea is not artificially flavored. The milky and buttery flavors are naturally released by the leaves.)
Jin Xuan, like other Qing cha teas, is recommended to be consumed quickly after opening.
