TTES No. 18, Hong Yu (Red Jade) is one of the most popular Taiwanese cultivars. This white tea well represents the characteristics of Red Jade, and you will taste richer flavors than its black tea version.
The tea is made from a very well-managed farm, and that is reflected in the quality of the tea. The value of this white tea increases as it gets older; feel free to age the tea. Make sure to store the tea away from direct sunlight.

• 120ml Gaiwan
• 3.5g leaves
• 185°F (85°C)
• 20+ sec
• can be steeped 7-8 times
