This well-rounded aged oolong tea from Lishan has been stored and aged in a ceramic jar for 15 years. Lishan's unique high mountain terroir is perfectly reflected in the tea.
The tea covers both characteristics of well-aged oolong and premium high mountain tea. You will taste different notes each steep, including dark chocolate, licorice, and almond on top of its unique scent from the high mountain terroir. All of the distinct flavors are in great harmony. Overall, this 2004 Lishan aged oolong tea is smooth, cozy, and easily approachable even for those who are not familiar with aged tea.
