Lishan Huagang High Mountain Oolong Tea, Spring 2020
Qing Xin/Lishan Huagang, Taiwan, Spring 2020 (Elevation: 2,300 m)
This high mountain tea is from Huagang in Lishan, which is adjacent to the Dayuling area and is one of the highest tea regions in Lishan.
Spring teas from lower high mountain regions like Alishan have been released already, but those from the highest regions like Huagang were just produced this June. You may notice the difference in the color of the rolled leaves.
Mouthfeel, number of steeps, aftertaste, depth, and leaf thickness—we are confident that this tea has all the attributes that a high mountain tea of the greatest quality should possess.
